Maybe: In days gone bye, we used to advise ulcer patients not to use alcohol, caffeine and nicotine since they increased the acid secretion we all knew caused ulcers. That was before tagamet (cimetidine) and h. Pylori. So if acid can cause ulcers, nicotine might contribute. I'd worry more about COPD and lung cancer than ulcers.
