Good start: From my reading, it's an intensive benzoyl-peroxide-based treatment. It's a good first step. Don't expect it to work if you have acne anywhere beside your face. They seem to say that if it fails, proceed to isotretinoin. Your personal physician probably would move first to a topical antibiotic instead.
