Retin a, (tretinoin) alpha hydro: A combination of retina and alphahyroxy acids will gradually slightly improve acne scars over a period of 6 months. Any real improvement requires a in office procedure such as fractionated co2 or erbium to permanently improve the scars. The healing time is a few days and the procedure can e repeated to obtain greater improvement.
