Why do you ask?: Isotretinoin is not for the faint-hearted but if prescribed appropriately, it's a safe medication even at much higher doses if required. You've undertaken a course of treatment that's not for the faint-hearted, and you'd do well to continue and stop reading internet scare stories. It'll be a huge help to you. Best wishes.
