A member asked:

I had a broken blood vessel removed a long time ago. it just came back in the same place it used to be. any thoughts on why this happened?

Possibly: Blood vessels are damaged due to increased fragility or due to trauma or both. You don't mention where this blood vessel is? For instance, a blood vessel may hemorrhage in the white of eye (sclera) when you cough hard or sneeze hard. Blood vessels in the rectum (hemorrhoids) rupture and bleed with straining and hard stools. See the pattern?
