What should i do if my stitches are not removed after teeth extraction?

Maybe nothing: Many dentists and surgeons place sutures that will dissolve on their own, and do not have to be removed. Contact your dentist and ask if your sutures will dissolve on their own or if you need to have them removed.

Take them out: This is not rocket science. If they don't come out by themselves, and you can't gegt back to your dentist, just cut them and pull them out with tweezers.
