Call dentist: Can't tell if it is an abscess or just a very large carious lesion. Either way you need to see a local dentist for care. Asap.

SEE A DENTIST: It's impossible to say what the problem is. It could be a cavity to an abscess, or a fracture. You should go see a dentist asap or go to the nearest emergency room.
