I have had a cold sore for 4 days already and i just brought abreva will it heal within a couple days?

Call your doc and: Have them call in Valtrex (valacyclovir) u take 2 grams asap and 2 grams in 12 hours that is all u need , works 100x faster and better than abreva which in my opinion doesn't work very well , but better than nothing.
