Is there anything off, cognitively, with women who do not have emotional obstruction after they had abortions?

Your question is: A bit unclear. Having an abortion is hard on anyone. Just as with any loss, people grieve in different ways. Some people try to avoid their emotions and pretend they are ok until it hits them later. There is not one way to deal with loss. If you are worried about someone you know who had an abortion, talk to them about how they are doing and encourage them to consider talking to a therapist.
