Post-myelo headache: Benign headaches are not uncommon after a myelogram or other similar procedures and should vanish within a few days. Dural puncture headaches is a consideration but headaches are more severe and improve with lying flat. Infection, bleeding, epidural abscess hematoma, etc. Are other possibilities, but unlikely with the symptoms reported. Discuss further with your doctor.
