Ointment : Apply either silverdene ointment or triple antibiotic ointment on the abrasion with simple dressing changes daily. Wash with soap and water daily. Best of luck.

Abrassion: If it's superficial just try neos[porin and a protective cover and stay in a sandal for a few days. If deep or continues then see your local podiatrist.
