Go to the doctor: If one is not available an urgent care center if one is not available an emergency room. Sounds like you have a infection and need an antibiotic. Tetanus status should also be checked.

More info: In order to answer this question i will need to know 1. Is discharge watery or sticky 2. Is discharge white or beige 3. Is skin around wound red and swollen 4. Do you have any immunocompromising conditions 5. Quantity of liquid.

See a podiatrist: You need to have it looked at to determine if it is an infection and needs antibiotics, or needs topical meds.
