Nose lump: Sore lumps inside the nose usually are an indication of common minor condition. One of the more common is a little folliculitis or infection of the hair follicles. Inside the nose we call it vestibulitis. You could also have a very dry spot that causes a small crack in the delicate tissues inside the nose. These can be quite painful. Best to have it looked at to make sure.
