?Urethral injury: Problems urinating after prolonged cycling include traumatic or friction urethritis which could develop into a urethral stricture. Sitting and moving on a hard bicycle saddle can also injure pudendal nerves and lead to erectile dysfunction. Suggest you either use a soft saddle, saddle cover or a "split" saddle which has a groove and avoids pressure on your urethra and nerves. Prostate is safe.
