Unlikely: If you are having normal periods, pregnancy is unlikely. To know for sure, do a pregnancy test and repeat it in 3-5 days if it is negative. To know for sure what is going on would require a full history, exam, and appropriate testing which could be done by your PCP, GYN, or an urgent care clinic. Hope this helps.

Need an exam: With 2 negative HPTs and normal period pregnancy is very unlikely. I'm not certain what urinary symptoms you are having but it is possible the pain in the side is related to a urinary infection or ureteral stone, or possibly from an ovarian cyst. You need to see a physician to discuss your symptoms with you and examen you, in order to arrive at the proper diagnosis. http://bit.ly/1hKZ4wy
