Very Concerning: These three findings in combination suggest either an intestinal disease or even cancer. There is a step-wise process that your primary care doctor will take to get to the bottom of this, often with the assistance of a gastroenterologist. I assume that you are seeing a doctor since you are anemic--please make your follow-up a high priority.
