Fades with time: A person can't "get rid" of a crazy tan. Only time will let the color even out, either by the tan lightening or the untanned skin getting tanned. There are artificial tans (lotions or sprays) that can darken the untanned skin to make a crazy tan less noticeable, but one can end up with "another crazy tan" if tanning lotions or sprays are not used properly. Most teens just let time take care of it.
