I had sinusitis in april took meds 4 10 days. all gone. now i have major throat clearing but no sinus issues. what is causing this now? so annoying!

Post-nasal drip: It is not unusual to have thick mucus draining from the nose and sinuses after a sinus infection that may linger for weeks to months. Mucus thinning medications, neti-pot saline rinses can help. Sometimes, antibiotics cause stomach irritation, gastritis, which can stir up some acid reflux that irritates your throat and you won't necessarily feel any heartburn. See and ENT doctor to evaluate this.
