10years ago i had an alergic reaction after eating shrimp i was told to avoid shellfish but i miss eating fried clams is there something i can do?

Discuss with PCP: There are a variety of available ways to verify any food allergy and your pcp can help you find one. Blood or prick tests for a variety of foods can help decide if your issue was with the shrimp, or the seasoning it may have been prepared in.Further testing by an allergist may also be indicated. Good luck and good eating.
