Wash your hands ...: A lot. Wash your hands before you eat or make food, after you go to the bathroom or change a diaper. Keep your fingernails clean and cut short. No fingernail-biting. Don't eat in the bathroom. Change your underpants every day. Don't scratch your butt. Good luck!
