Hmmm: Could be that you are feeling the pulse from the aorta which is behind the uterus. Or, it could be your intestines moving over your uterus. It is not impossible, but it is unusual to feel the baby move before 16 weeks.

Pregnancy problem: Usually women begin feeling their baby move at 16-18 weeks with second and subsequent babies. First time pregnant women usually start having that at 18-20 weeks. At 14 weeks a lot of women believe they feel their babies but most of it is probably overreaction to the fact of being pregnant. Pregnant uterus is known to contract occasionally even early in the pregnancy. Your "tapping" may be that.

Probably nothing: Sounds like residual menstrual flow.
