Unlikely scenario: Nope. Especially at your age. Now that does not preclude the ill elderly patient who has a fragile heart or lungs and would be advised what limitations they would have for exerting themselves.

Rare yes: Not likely but possible. You need multiple factors. In the young, usually need heart abnormality like unusual anatomy, abnormal arteries, certain valve disease, thickened heart, etc. Short of that, exercising to severe dehydration can lead to vascular collapse and cardiac arrest.
