Unknown: Depot Provera (medroxyprogesterone) can have a delayed fertility effect. However, with only one shot, i would think you wouldnt have a lot of suppression of your fertility. Only time really tell. I usually tell my patients to wait for a couple of normal cycles to start trying to get pregnant coming off birth control. Good luck.
