When i squeeze my breast, what looks like lactation comes out of the nipple. not pregnant and periods are regular. no pain. 27yo. should i go to doct?

Yes you should: I'm not an obgyn, but i would see a doctor because it can be a pituitary problem. I'm not sure what else it could be. Just trying to think back to my days of medical school when i learned about. It can very well be nothing, but if you were my wife i would still send you to get worked up, especially for pituitary issues. Sorry i couldn't be more help . Good luck.
