Around July 1: A woman who starts her periods 21 days after the last day of a preceding period, would likely ovulate 7 days after the last day of the preceding period (because ovulation is about 14 days before the start of the next period). So, she probably will ovulate around june 30, and can have sex then to aim for conceiving july 1. Life is never exact, so having sex ~june 25 to ~july 4 may lead to a baby!
