Doubt it!: In the absence of a family history of colon cancer and without relevant signs or symptoms, colon cancer is placed much lower on the list as the cause of your constipation. Ibs or functional constipation is more likely. See your doctor for a formal diagnosis and to get effective treatment. And don't forget your fruits and vegetables.

At your age...: ...It would be remarkably unlikely except in patients with an inherited high risk trait like fap. Talk to your family doc about your concerns, he/she can examine you properly, get a good family history, do any test he/she may think proper, and most importantly give you peace of mind. Enjoy your life without fear.
