Could be infection: That may mean a urinary or even possibly kidney infection. I would get a urine test called a urinalysis and culture as soon as possible and see your doctor.

?Harmless sediment: Harmless sediment in alkaline urine, relative dehydration + xs crystalline substances can all cause cloudy urine. However it's worth getting a urinalysis once to check it out because small amounts of blood or lots of protein can make urine cloudy. They could be signs of kidney or bladder disease. Kidney stones or tumors , pyeolnephritis, utis or interstitial cystitis aren't always symptomatic.
