Unlikely: The Implanon is very effective birth control. You may have irregular bleeding and cramps while on it. You may have an ovarian cyst, if you are having persistent pain. Most likely you just had painful, irregular bleeding. You can always check a home pregnancy test when you think you might be pregnant.
