A member asked:

What are the dangers of psilocibin mushrooms?

6 doctors weighed in across 2 answers

Mild to severe: The active agent in the mushrooms creates a high which in a few cases can be unpleasant. The greatest danger is that this is an unregulated market and the product can be adulterated with psychoactive medication and some of the mushrooms may be of a different and very dangerous species. Use great caution in this area (let someone else take them first and watch).
