Daughter is 15. plantar fascitis was under control when doing nothing then started moving again and it came back. what to do to not let happen again?

15 year old? : A 15 year old typically will have calcaneal apophysitis before plantar fasciitis as she may still have growth plates open. Unlike adults, her plantar fascia may not be as tight and she may be able to stretch farther than adults. Try off-loading her heels with custom inserts.
