Unclear: For older patients, decreased height is common due to loss of disc space height, loss of joint cartilage, etc. At your age that would be highly unusual. My first suspicion would be a change in posture causing what appears to be a decrease in height. If you have had an objectively measured loss of height over time, you should see your doctor for evaluation.
