Amenorrhea: Secondary amenorrhea is the cessation of a blood flow in a women whom previously had normal menses. The most common cause for this is pregnancy but stress and hormonal imbalances may also be part of the etiology. It is also possible you had a miscarriage. Best of luck :)

Brown = old blood: Brown discharge is usually old blood. If your period came on about the correct time then the color and consistency are not that important.
