Yes: If pre-ejaculate is in the vagina or the introitus (tissues around the opening of the vagina) this could lead to pregnancy. The chance is less than with ejaculate because of the lower concentration of sperm. Pull out method is not good for birth control. Protection should be used consistently if pregnancy is not desired.
