diagnosed with sle, cardiac profile test = ldh = 619 high, does it mean anything, have severe muscle weakness and fatigue.

See below: One thing that i would be concerned about is whether you have a hemolytic anemia which can have an elevated ldh and can be seen with autoimmune diseases such as lupus. If you are anemic, have your doctor check a haptoglobin to confirm.
