No DC: Nsaids, ice & doughnut 4 sitting. B patient, if continues or worsens a surgical excision mayb in ur future. I have excised aver 25 chronic cases &all r happy, happy, happy. No returns.

Ice, acup, chiro: Immediate swelling can be addressed with cold packs. It may be prudent to have it evaluated for fracture. Coccyx pain may best be addressed with acupuncture while still acute, then consider instrument based adjustments.
