Pain meds are depending on the type have adverse effects on the body. Nsaids can cause increase in stomach acid, acetominophen has adverse liver reactions.... Zydol kapake: Zydol has Acetaminophen and hydrocodone whereas kayaked is Codeine and acetaminophen. Both aerial very similar in effects. They should be used with caution.
