Ovarian cyst: Ovarian cysts are usually simple and benign. They can be indicative of abnormal cell growth, and should be followed up with laparoscopy and a sample of tissue which can be diagnosed under a microscope. This will tell the doctor if the ovarian cyst is benign or should be removed. Septation is just a term for a divided cyst (two chambers).
