Coincidence?: Impotence = erectile dysfunction. Untreated depression can cause ed. Lexapro (escitalopram) & other ssris are more closely linked to anorgasmia (delayed or no ejaculation). If you can masturbate to erection (or wake up w/morning erection), then ed is most likely coincidental or due to performance anxiety (new partner perhaps). If you're describing anorgasmia, chat w/prescribing doc about options.
