Breath: Breath in through your nostrils. Fill your lungs with air and hold for at least five seconds. Slowly exhale through an open mouth. Repeat x 12 or more. Focus on your breathing. Allow yourself to relax. Stop worrying about being worried. Just enjoy the experience of mindful breathing. Take care.
