Vitamin E: Stretch marks are premanent, they may fade with time but they do not go away. Lotions with vitamin E will cause them to fade a bit quicker, but will not make them disappear.

Mederma: Mederma stretch mark cream does fade red stretch marks faster. For greater results procedures are available with the palomar laser system or with injections of carbon dioxide gas, carboxytherapy. Improvement of 50 per cent is achievable.

No, there is no...: There is no stretch mark removal technique or lotion that really works. Stretch marks fade over time, but are permanent, even if they become much less noticeable over time. As time passes, only people who look closely at the skin will be able to notice the faded marks (and very few people are going to be looking that closely). Dermatologists can help improve marks with laser or infrared therapy.
