If i take my pulse on my wrist, what is the difference between a hard and soft beat? high or low blood pressure?

A hard beat is high number of your blood pressure; the soft beat is the lower number of your blood pressure. High blood pressure when either the low and high beat are high, low blood pressure also will be diagnose when either one is low, let it me know if that help.
