No: Syphilis is a sexually transmitted disease caused by a bacteria called Treponema pallidum. It is not related in any way to Hepatitis B (which is a virus). Both are sexually transmitted, however. The tests for these two diseases are very different, and Hepatitis B will not be shown on a test for syphilis. You list that you already have Hepatitis B, so I am assuming you've been tested.
