No relation: They are different infections . You can be checked for both by a blood test at the same time.Even though syphilis is rare nowadays, but we still see it in some locations and some populations.You can discuss more with the doctor who is going to check you.

Nope: Separate diagnoses usually require separate tests. You will need a different blood test to check for hepatitis b.

No: Syphilis is a sexually transmitted disease caused by a bacteria called Treponema pallidum. It is not related in any way to Hepatitis B (which is a virus). Both are sexually transmitted, however. The tests for these two diseases are very different, and Hepatitis B will not be shown on a test for syphilis. You list that you already have Hepatitis B, so I am assuming you've been tested.
