What is question?: I'm not sure what you're asking, exactly - but vitiligo is one of the hardest skin problems to treat; there is no definitive cure. A dermatologist can run tests to determine if there is an underlying cause which is treatable. There are also some topical creams and local injections which are effective in some cases. Excimer laser is also effective in some cases.
