Bleeding ears: Bleeding from both the ears and the nose at the same time is unusual. There are a couple of instances in which you could see both. First is if you have a hole or a perforation in your eardrum. When the nose bleeds, you would also have to get that blood up through the eustachian tube and into the ear. I haven't see this very often. Second is if there is bleeding from the ear canal at same time.
