Duphaston: Are you referring to Duphaston which is a Progesterone which is used off-label to support pregnancy in women w/history of repeat pregnancy loss or spontaneous preterm birth (but is not approved for such use). Whether any drug is "safe" depends upon intended purpose which needs to be addressed by your doctor in botswana who knows more about you than someone across atlantic on other side of world.
