Go see the doctor,,,: The headache is not likely related to the lymph nodes, but it may be a side reaction to the keflex, or any other drug. Regardless of this, whatever the reason, it's a good idea to see your doctor for a headache like that and for the lymph nodes to be sure it's not anything very serious, like cancer or meningitis or anything else. So it would be smart to see your doctor soon. Best of luck.
