Family prac: That is pretty high. You may call your dr to see what he recommends. It may be safe to wait if no bleeding is going on. Why was your level so high. Was there a change of dosing or taking new medication.

Call your DR first: Asap and if there's no response, u can go to an urgent care. Your Coumadin (warfarin) just have to be stopped and the dose lowered to attain a therapeutic dose or pt/ inr number between 2 & 3. If u have bleeding go to the er right away. God bless you!
