Infertile not steril: Difficult, but not impossible. Diet/exercise/weight loss are essential. The best and safest therapy is generally metformin, which can restore normal ovulation and fertility in up to 60% of patients. Other rx may be needed in certain situations. It's not sterility, just infertility. Work w/your doctor.
