Hypothyroidism and pcos .what are the chances of a natural pregnancy?

See specialist: With proper treatment you could have a natural pregnancy. Tsh (thyroid hormone) levels have to be in the normal range, otherwise this can have an adverse effect on your pregnancy chances. A thyroid replacement hormone (synthroid) would be indicated. Pcos is an ovulatory disorder and can be helped with the proper protocol as well. It may take more than one try in order to get your cycle just right.

What's "natural": If you mean without medication, it's unlikely. Hypothyroidism definitely should be treated with brand name T4 replacement to keep your levels normal. This will increase you chance of getting pregnant, treatment of pcos with weight loss and possiblly w/metformin will also improve your chances. Hopefully you won't become pregnant while hypothyroid as dangerous to fetus. Avoid supplements and fads.
