what can you do to prevent bloating in anorexia recovery?

Dr. Julie O'Toole

Drink less water: Bloating is made much worse by drinking large amounts of water with meals as it increases a hormone (cck), triggered by the stretch receptors of the stomach. If you are struggling with bloating with food, try to drink adequately between meals, but don't drink at at the table.
